The vision for Alta Nova is to create profound wines from elevated vineyard sites, chasing the highest levels of quality. I was fortunate to connect with Britt Richards, an intrepid winemaker who shares my philosophy of what makes wine exceptional. Alta Nova Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2019 vintage was quite small, but the quality of fruit was extraordinary. We had the opportunity to separate a few barrels of Alta Nova that really stood out. We bottled Alta Nova Reserve and were able to share this wine exclusively with close friends and members of our mailing list.

Lot 1981 Cabernet Sauvignon
We have a great relationship with Landry's restaurant group and the team at Del Frisco's, so when my mentor Keith Goldston, MS, Landry's corporate wine buyer, asked if we could collaborate on something together, we were very excited to produce Lot 1981 for Del Frisco's "by the glass" Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is remarkable in its approachability and is meant for enjoying young in contrast to the Reserve bottling which is built for cellaring.
